An established Warehousing & Manufacturing facility is up for sale.

Established in January 1988, the Group is engaged in various activities such as warehousing, engineering and manufacturing of fabricated components, transportation and infrastructure.

The warehouses are located in Phaltan, District Satara which comes in the middle of multiple industrial zones. There are 12 multinational companies which have leased warehouses from the Company for next 10 to 15 years. More than 5 new companies are in talks to set up the warehouses with the Group. The Project is developed on 25.5 acres of land where the warehouses are built on 13 acres of land and their is ready to build capacity on another 12.5 acres of land

Activities undertaken by these companies under the warehouse set up includes

1. Assemblies,
2. Manufacturing,
3. Storage,
4. Post manufacturing activities etc.

The exit can be completed in following ways:

1. Complete sellout of 25.5 acres of land along with the leased assets (warehouses)
2. ⁠Sellout of 13 acres of land on which leased assets (warehouses) are constructed and construction followed by sellout of rest of 12.5 acres
3. ⁠Sellout of 13 acres of land on which leased assets (warehouses) are constructed and JV for remaining 12.5 acres of land

Further, there is possible scope for expansion with additional acquisition of land parcels.
